Education Roaming
We provide two ways of using the internet via WiFi.
1. guest account:
To use the guest account:
Connect to the WLAN "mops".
Enable DHCP (obtain an IP address automatically).
Try to visit any website.
Follow the link to the guest login.
Log in with your login and password.

2. Eduroam
The guest account is not encrypted and has some restrictions. If your university is taking part at eduroam, you can use your username and password from your university to get access eduroam at the RWTH. Possibly the SSID has to be changed to "eduroam".
The connection is encrypted via WPA2/AES or WPA/TKIP.
